The subcategory of this blog, marked as the 30 Day Journey, hopes to entail the consistent posting of some form of writing or another from my end in order to entertain the reader over the course of the month of April. If you, dear readers, would indulge my experimentations on poetry and prose for at least a minute a day, it would greatly satisfy the minds and souls of reader and author alike. After all,

Sea salt in the air,
Swimming through water without a care,
Feel of dry sand beneath my feet,
Could any feeling ever compete?

Pleading to an empty room,
It's hard to keep from shaking.
Hoping, praying for relief,
Shackled to all my demons.
Railing against a set fate,
Drowning with my worst demons.
Fighting relentlessly to breach the surface,
Hope's a cruel mockery.

Welcome to Luminousis! You’re probably wondering what, or rather, who we are. A combination of the words ‘Luminous’ and ‘Sis’, Luminousis is the name of this website, where the two of us (Arsh and Ben, respectively) will be posting all our creative products, mainly free-flowing verses of poetry and short stories. However, our posts will most certainly not be limited to just those, as we continually stir cauldrons of thoughts and brains to produce the exhilarating fumes of ideas for our readers to enjoy.
